The discharge sounds normal but the interval thing is awfully odd. sounds approaching you need to turn to the gynecologist where they will probably provide you birth control to straighten out your periods.
the clumpingness could aim a sign of a yeast infection and your period it could niggardly that you have an irregular time of year my best bet is to call your doctor to better inform you.

It could be mucous that comes out when you are ovulating. It happen to me nearly every time.
If you don't get your interval in 2-3 weeks, I would see a doctor.
