Sorry, I don't. But I really feel for you. I am experiencing hot flashes too. At darkness I have the covers on later 10 minutes later past its sell-by date they go. It go back and forth approaching this all darkness long. Doctor said I am going through menopause.
Nobody prepares you for this.
Well, I hate to transmit you this, but sometimes, you just enjoy to have them for a couple months, for some even a couple years, later they will stop, I promise.
My doctor suggested to my mom that the herbal supplement black cohosh was devoted with hot flashes. She tried it and it have been indisputable helpful so she have been competent to maintain it.
Some might impose hot flashes as well as cure them.I would voice stay on the lowest you can and if need more shift up then.try and see if you can find a anti depressant to help near sleep if you cant.Im no doctor but would say ask him.
