its could be your diet. i become a vegetarian 2 years ago and zilch changed with me. im lacto-vegetarian now and my period are very rotten. i turned vegan a few months ago and i didnt enjoy my period for 2 months. than i get it and its very irregualr but your body does win used to it. i will promise that, vegetarianism is ver healthy, so is veganism but when you do it right. i will confess i am not doing it right which may be why it happened to me this track but you will be fine, your body is adjusting to a well again way.
I don't reflect it's that uncommon when you are 16. I missed mine for more than a few months when I be your age and the doctor said it was nil to be concerned about. And I haven't have any problems since (and I am over 30 now). You might want to mention it to your doctor or mother. Your mother may have have the same issue when she be your age.
