Does running and excercise throw stale your extent?
hah... just for this month when going to the water.
Answer:
EXTREME exercise can throw off your time of year, but I am talking day by day and HOURS of aerobic exercise which would be detrimental to your body. There is something called the foreign anorexia - which involves extreme exercise instead of starvation. The effects are about duplicate because there is a horrible disparity within caloric intake to body need contained by both anorexic problems.
So the answer to your question is - yes, but I bet you aren't any where on earth near competent to get to that rank of exercise...yet.

Sorry to articulate no.
nope it actually help with the misery..if you have any...
nope not really.
Yes, it can throw rotten your period...but probably not surrounded by as short of time as a month. I am currently training for a half ironman and did not return with my period for 4 months, due to the training. However, as I started to verbs back on my hours working out, within it was again!
You do not call for to have "exercise anorexia" to throw bad your period. Very competitive athletes who are sticking to an intensive training plan can enjoy their periods stop for months at a time. In your skin, though, working out a lot is probably NOT going to abet you avoid getting your period during a solid week.
