I`m on edge to enlighten my mom that i hold a lump below my breast.what should i do?

Why would you be nervous to communicate your mom? You didn't do anything wrong. Just let her know that you found something and ask her to transport you to the doctor. Tell your mom... she is your protector and this is not shameful at all. It is a serious robustness matter. If your arm be broken, would you not tell her? This is your mom, not some stranger.
