It is zilch more than a vacuum device and doesn't do anything except temporarily make your penis look larger. Why spend money on something that doesn't do anything except touch good. Hubby have one.
My friend was using a penis pump for a while a few months ago. We used to receive fun of him for it. He claimed it worked.
