Has anyone ever gone to a urologist for a cystoscopy?

If so, can you tell me if it be painful during and after the procedure.I'm have one done in three days and i am terrifically nervous going on for it.

Answer:
First of all it is exceedingly important to be in motion a very experienced urologist. A doctor resembling this will know how to keep you hushed before, during and after the nouns. The examination itself take about 15 minutes. It is not itchy. There may be a moment or 2 where you may get the impression a tiny bit of pressure and the doctor should make you aware at that time. When it is over you may own a slight burn the first time you urinate but nothing horrible and after that you will back to mundane again. Try to relax and take weighty breaths and before you know it will be adjectives over. Good luck. Cherie
Yes, and I was extremely disconcerted too. So much that I actually canceled the appointment at first. It isn't that fruitless...a little sting at first and pressure, but not nearly as fruitless as I thought.
