What should my counterweight be?

I am a 41 year old woman and I've be gaining solidity lately.
I am 5'6" and I weigh 146lbs.
To me this is too much weight.
I used to other be thin. Everybody within my family is bony. To the point that we would try to do anything we can to gain weight.
When I be too thin, I other wanted to gain immensity but now that I am, I don't close to it :(
I was other right around 103lbs.
So this weight in a minute seems approaching too much.

I can't exercise...I've been trying to but because of my strength problems I am very set. And since I've been trying to lately walk, I have to spend 2 days in bed.
I'm really not consumption too much, the same as other.

I just don't similar to this weight.
I know I be too thin...and didn't resembling that either.
But am I too solid now?
My hubby doesn't right to be heard anything either path.
He says he like me with for a time more weight on fairly than me being so scrubby before.
But not sure if this is too much immensity.

i am 5'4 and weigh 145 lbs if i could grow 2 more inches i would be watertight.. but that is for my body build
if you hold a very slim skelatal structure after you may want to trim off a few pounds
if you own broad shoulders and hips the 146 sounds about right
but remember your vigour if walking is stress on your body because of medical conditions dont over work yourself or not eat properly
get through things that are nutricious and try some yoga some thing awfully low impact that has a relaxing effect on the body
also if youare taking medication for anyhting those could be making you put on weight as a side effect
and im sure its not what you want to hear but you could be going through "the change" my mother is within denial but she is gaining bulk as a result of menopause

consult your doctor he/she will be able to relay you if your weight is right for your stage and build and whether or not you should consider losing or gaining because of your strength

and tell hubby to speak up when you ask an prominent question resembling "am i fat?" his feelings matters! :-)
Actually you are right on target...your BMI (Body Mass Index) is 23.6...which within within the majority range.
Your supreme! 103 would be very harmful for your height. If you guess you need to loose a couple of pounds (which you don't!) try to guzzle salads, fruits, and vegetables. Also walking around the neighborhood or something would be good. Your at a great counterweight. Good luck!
