your actions of activities has nothing to do with your period. it is called bad timing. diet and weight loss are good factors to consider into the equasion.

hey.. well when i get close to that time it happens to me also. the docs say its just because your lower stomach and vaginal muscles are contracting so it speeds up the process. when it gets close to that time your body slowly drains the blood and it just makes it happen a little faster. dont worry just take it easy if its to big of a problem
To be honest, I'm not sure, it sounds like you just got your period. But remember, a woman's period can ALWAYS CHANGE. ALWAYS. Stress, sexual activity, anything, can alter a woman's cycle. The sexual activity could have boosted your estrogen which changed your cycle.
