its commonplace your period is irregular if youve started smaller amount then a year ago later its totally normal for your time of year to take up to a year or two to become regular
but if this get worse you should see a doctor its not suppose to be up to 9 days
brown blood indicates old blood so i wouldnt be too worried nonetheless mate. i would go see my doctor though as you may simply need a curette.(basically a verbs out) if it goes for more than two weeks, become heavy or bright red next i would definately go to my docs
