Does anyone notice unpleasant changes in their menstrual cycle while using ortho tri cyclen lo?

I have noticed longer, heavier periods, and painful cramps. The new doc will not prescribe my old birth control pills

Answer:
Nope. I use that and my periods are actually lighter than what they were before I started using birth control. But it affects everyone's body differently I suppose. Maybe try seeing a different doctor and see if they will perscribe you your old birth control pills.
