No, it isn't. There are millions of kids out there that don't enjoy parents to teach them right and wrong. They swot by what they watch on TV. Abstinence is the best policy. I will NOT support any small screen show that openly advertise condoms as the way to protect.

yes it is...as aer_rn said...tons kids dont have obedient gaurdians/parents to teach them right from wrong so we might as powerfully teach them that if they are gonna run rampant and hump everything of the differing sex they might as well use a condom and cut down on std numbers and unwanted pregnancy numbers...

They probably don't want to fire up kids to engage surrounded by pre marital sex. Condom ad encourage that.
At like peas in a pod time, it is important school and parents alike should teach children going on for ethics of sex. Its major to balance everything so that associates don't get the wrong philosophy.

Learn to accept kids are and will be have sex and most will not know about condoms. Condoms should be widely discussed. Parents, Teachers, TV shows, Friends, Pamphlets the internet everywhere.
Kids NEED to know they can protect them selves. Saying 'abstinence is key' is given up the ghost. If it was at hand would be no need for condoms. Its similar to having a showery paint sign, does that stop 95% of people touching the paint? no.
I suppose the TV channels should be charged next to negligence if they have shows aimed at 10 - 21 year olds next they are responsible for educating them, if they cant do that then they should be switched bad.
Make condoms a part of life span so a. kids use them and b. kids are not afraid of going into a store and buying them.
The first issue is not knowing about them and after the second is being too embarassed to walk and buy them. How many general public do you know who wont just walk buy condoms because there embarassed? I know heaps.

While people may not agree beside certain decision networks make, the owners of the networks own every right to choose which products to advertise and which to cry off.
