you need to build sure you meet the criteria..I required my tubes tied after my second son but they wouldn't let me you have to be 21 or have three kids! I would see if you run into the criteria first
i don't know but at least if you do wanna hold child they can also reverse it so you can have 'em

i dont know nearly the coverage but be careful on purely the tubal cause its not a 100% . if you dont want to enjoy babies anymore you need to catch the cut, burnned and tied ......
If you have adjectives the kids you want, a tubal ligation is a reasonable chance. Go to your obgyn for a consultation. They can tell you if it is covered. Good luck!
I don't know in the order of your insurance but please be aware that tubal ligation is not reversable 95% of the time, and even when you can find a dr. to do it it costs about $3000.00 and does not other work, your chances of getting pregnant after reversal are awfully slim.
