I don't come up with there's much you can do unless you get implant. If you are done growing or already got your extent, they won't get much bigger. It's terribly hereditary.
Birth control pills sometimes build them bigger-not for me, though. Getting pregnant makes them bigger, but sometimes they grasp smaller after nursing. You can increase your chest muscles (pecs) a little by lifting weights.
You can other wear those fake things for a special instant. In the long run, I'm glad I'm not big-you don't have to treaty with baggy later on and flopping around when you run, etc.
Just be glad you are tough, that's most important
Buy a push up bra.
