OK, so I'm a guy, but why wouldn't doing exercises in the gym that strengthen a woman's groin muscles support? They work for me; I use them to strengthen my groin muscles for hockey.

The kegel exercises work best. However, pilates and yoga also may aid. Going without sex will cause you a bit tighter, but there will solitary be a very small difference. You'd own to go atleast a year to 2 years for it to become noticably different. I've gone 1 month lacking it and just started the kegel exercise's and I'm not sure if near is a difference because I dont know. Just continue to do the kegel and see what happen.
