Mon: run 30 min
Tues: 1 hour pilates
Wed: run 30 min
Thurs: 1 hour pilates
Friday: run 30 min

i of late switch every day to gain cardio && body toning. is this enough to continue my weight?? (&& tone up possibly a little?)

thats really accurate especially for your age im 17 and its a killer for me to do exercise single because i like doing it next to someone and everyone is just plain indolent i guess i just gotta shift out there and do it myself.
yes it sounds close to a very angelic plan to me!
as well as the exercise routine your doing you should also drink a balanced diet which should contain,protein, cellulose, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals and try to drink 5 cups of water a hours of daylight its good for your skin.
That's what i do to hang on to my weight even and i do 30 mins of exercise a sunshine to keep me hygienic.
