for the past 4-5 days i enjoy been much more tired than regular and i get impossible to tell apart amount of sleep and i do the same things throughout the days that i other have. i also own fairly bleak lower back pains/stiffness. i enjoy an increased appitite about 2 times what it used to be. i also drink almost 3 times what i normally do(not alcohol). i obligation some ideas on what could be going on i cant afford to jump to the doctor unless neccisary. so if anyone has experience similar things what be going on? also i had my annual pop in to the gyno about a week ago and since after i have notice a clear discharge no oder and no color. if you can help near any or all of these symptoms gratitude oh and it is not diabetes or anemia. i know i posted this once but only get one response

I'm not positive of the diabetes but I know that's how I feel beside anemia. If my iron is low I can tell by my wager on, and my appetite. Sometimes I even get dizzy. Get some iron pills and steal one with a multivitamin every afternoon...if the symptoms lighten up but dont be in motion away take more.if it doesn't lend a hand at all consequently I would see a doc and get your blood tested. Iron pills can be complex on your stomach, try SlowFe and take it beside orange or apple liquid...that will help you body hold it. It's important not to transport to much also so if it's helping it may be a good belief to get your blood tested anyway to construct sure you're taking a good amount.
