Please lend a hand!! I own really desperate menstrual cramps!!?
Answer:
Have you tried approaching Midol or something? I always run Advil (Ibuprofen) It is a muscle relaxer and a pain slaughterer. I use a heating wipe. A really hot bath is nice too. Get the hose as hot as you can stand it and then only just soak in that. Also at hand is a product out- Therma Care- they are potable heating pad, there is one especially for cramps. You merely stick it to th inside of your pants or panties and it keep heat on your belly adjectives day long. I love them. I yearning they had them when I be a teenager- But now they are glory at work.
Sometimes I will chase my Advil with a Pepsi, Caffeine is a backache reliever- but read the label of what you are taking- if it contains caffeine, after that is probably not a devout idea. Midol and Pamperine frequent times contain Caffeine.
I have hear that Vitamin B helps too, but I own not tried that.
For right now you can try paracetemol and ibuprofen (sorry I dont know what aleve is but if it is any of these 2 you will need to keep on til the minimum time between doses is reached) take both of these together (paracetemol 1g max daily) and it will definately contribute you some relief. For a long residence thing you could see your dr or sexual form clinic about going on the contraceptive pill as it works wonders for reducing misery - I started on it when I was surrounded by high academy for the same grounds and that was resembling 16yrs ago :) :) :)
I am now stale the pill as we are trying to conceive and yup Im getting pain again and paracetemol and ibuprofen work wonders for me along next to the hot pack
Why dont you get an IM shot of a analgesic?
Yes, stretching helps but you enjoy to do it when you are not in your spell and regularly, next month get better
I also get these serious pains, it used to be so doomed to failure that my heart used to stop beating and have to go to hospital, next I was put on the pill and it help me. After 5 five years on the pill I stopped using it due to personal reasons and I didn't find the pains anymore. Now I start getting them again and I make sure that for at least possible a week before I do not way of walking barefoot nor do I lean against anything cold with my tummy. I would sleep next to a hot water bottle and drink Myprodols (painkillers), they work in 5 minutes and up to 1 hour. I hope something will help you.
Here's some things to try: stay away from adjectives caffeine (in soda, candy, coffee), drink plenty of water earlier during and after your period, exercises on a routine idea, try midyol or pamprin (medicines for periods) instead of aleve. Make sure you are eating a in shape diet and remember to talk to your doctor roughly speaking it when you have your subsequent check up. Keep a record of you period to show him/her...when they start, stop, when the cramping starts, stops. what kind of flow you own.the more information you gather the better your doctor can help out. It will help if you enjoy more than one or two months of information in a row as all right. Remember we can't stop the world or our lives when we have our period, but we don't have to be miserable any.
Hello Just to be on the safe side I would check it out do you hold someone else besides ur mother who could take you within to the dr?I have have bad menstrual sour and on b4 so yea I know what you are talking in the order of, maybe you can try mydol extra strength, or tylenol pm and use a heat pad as resourcefully and just lay down and keep hold of ur feet up elavated..but I expect u need to travel to the dr to atleast check it out incase something is going on with you. but those things worked for me, some females lately have reallly bleak cramps, ajoy of being a feminine, but get that checked out if you can...
I enjoy the same problem, honey. You might want to see if someone else can hold you to the doctor. You might have endometriosis..or the similar to. I find that walking / working out a bit really helps my cramps. When your sitting down sit indian style (legs crossed underneath you), that relieves my cramps instantly.

Try drinking a hot drink, the yoga exercises (stretching helps move the muscles around), thaw baths can also help.
Good luck!
I ruminate you know what that means!
things resembling stretching, eating chocolate, taking hot showers, using heat pads CAN comfort, the effectiveness depends on respectively person though. This is a sign of endometriosis, a problem that's amazingly serious and can impact your fertility if not treated. There are tons of websites that afford you information. Check out some of the symptoms and see if they sound aware. If so, share the info with your mom so she'll realize this is serious, and not merely you trying to get out of arts school or that you're not just overreacting.
A doctor will most probable prescribe a birth control pill. If you dont' like that conception, ask your doctor about Meclomen. It's an NSAID close to Aleve or Advil but it does something extra, it makes your period lighter. Less flow means smaller amount pain when it comes to endometriosis. The just way endo can be diagnosed is through a laparoscopy, but because of your age, they'll probably prefer to try BCP's first. I'm have my second surgery next week. Surgery doesn't stop the agony, it just buys you some time. The singular cure for endo is pregnancy, oddly satisfactory.
It's toally manageable if you cart things seriously and keep unfurl commuinication with your mom and your doctor. If you own any other questions, don't inhibit to ask. I'd even be willing to share my story near your mom if it would help for her to reach a deal to someone who has this problem. nc_thakaali@yahoo.com
