Join the club. Back when i be a young girl i have severe cramps so bad that i have to come home from school. I would budge to bed with a heat pad on my stomach till it subsided. If this keep up with out nouns seek medical attention. Sometimes a shot of whiskey will abet also.

You nouns like my daughter. Her first year is the hardest for her too. She get severy abdomal agony plus vomiting. I have my doctor put her on Ponstel and she have to take it asap when her spell starts and she is doing very very well on it, and the pain is much more underneath controll. It sounds like when you are bleeding cloying that when you have the misery, and let me guess when period the rest of the time ae light.
