work out it doesnt hurt just dont strain yourself it will reduce the chance of a cramp...
It is very good for you to exercise during your period, it will help ease stomach cramps, make you less grumpy and help you sleep better. Just don't overdo it :)
no, it is perfectly ok. I am on a swim team that practices 5 times a week and i never miss a practice even when i am on my period. you'll be just fine!

It's good for you it reaieves cramps, but if you do too much it can cause you to bleed heavier.
Hi! Actually, exercise is supposed to relieve us from cramps and period pains, and believe it or not, it does =) It won't hurt you, unless you get a really bad and heavy period, which probably brings your energy level down, in which case you'd better not so you don't pass out!
But otherwise, if you are feeling well (enough energy that is), it will do you good, and if you're in pain (but have some energy) that's a great cure. Light and moderate, remember though! Good luck, hope I helped xx
