It is merely i am confused n nothing on the internet is explaining this! e.g person girl .com or nout can any one shed any light! when it does come out at hand is loads of it skin like next to rich blood attached to it it normally occur two days into menstrual bleeding!
And some more advice ow do you get hold of menstrual blood from your panties! i use pads does anyone else enjoy this any any advice on how to stop it., getting into the panties

Well for the 1st part... I'm 99% positive your discussion about Blood Clots... DONT WORRY THEY ARE COMPLETLY NORMAL!!. Almost every girl i kno get them. For the 2nd part. Try to correct you pad more recurrently to prevent it, and if it still happends try to pour Hydrogen Peroxide on the stain and try to rub it out,(let it bubble for a sec then use a cleaning brush to rub the sain, repeat till its gone) that usually have worked for me.
I think it's in recent times tissue, or linning that comes away from inside when menstrating...i think it's common...i don't have that but i own very sturdy periods, and let face it, better for adjectives that stuff to come out than to stay inside the body...if you're worried go for a check up at the doctor's lately to give yourself peace of mind?
yes those are blood clots and you are completely on top form and fine. When you have your length it is shedding the built up uterus wall (that was made so if you did grasp pregnant is would be an enriched good home for the baby/babies). So every time you have your length it is shedding the extra build up of blood and skin (membranes). Nothing to worry roughly speaking every women gets it.

The "skin" you are worried give or take a few is not skin at all. Every 30 days or so a woman's uterus (technically) prepares itself surrounded by case a released egg is fertilized and pass through. Most of the time eggs pass through unfertilized and you return with your period.

It's a blood clot, and it is common. It's the periodic discharge from the facing of the uterus. Sometimes they are a little larger than others. But don't totally forget about it.
