Ladies, do you ever find cramps that consistency approaching PMS but aren't?

I get cramps surrounded by my lower belly sometimes. I think it's regular and has nought to do with your girly bits! Even my husband get gas cramps or pains when he's constipated or having diarrhea!
Yes, I've have all these symptoms back. And when I finally found a dr that could help me it turned out to be endometriosis.
I would recommend seeing your dr for further evaluation to see what they believe is going on.

i usually find cramps like that bowt mid cycle n afterwards again a cupla days b4 my period. so im thinkin its majority
I have that and the doctor told me it be IBS
