I am 21. I am 5'6" and about 120 pounds. I turn to the gym about 4 times a week and across the world try to eat healthfully. It seem that no matter how much cardio I do or how abundant machines I use, I am unable to tone my thighs. What kind of exercises can I do to get my thighs looking as dutiful as the rest of my body? Are there any faultless foods I should be eating? Are within any tips that can help me undertake these results most efficiently?

lunges! they suck but the work! (using 3 lb weights--or more if you can tolerate it) With you right leg first-- lunge foward, the to the right, then put a bet on and cross your leg back. Then do you not here leg. do 12 of each lunge direction and do 4 sets on respectively leg-- it should help tone your legs. Also, opt for strength training instead of cardio. Use the leg machines and donate weight to them.
