I've never hear of being allergic to sperm. That sounds a moment or two off to me. You said you are pregnant so I'm assuming that you are getting regular prenatal safekeeping. I would suggest asking your doctor at your next appointment.
You aren't certainly allergic to his sperm - just the body fluids that the sperm are deliver and to get pregnant lately one of the little boys had to swim to the egg...
Talk to your GYN just about your concerns - she should have some suggestions for you on how to bar the allergy.

I "highly" doubt this is the case. It is a possibility but "VERY" scarce. Sperm is organic things just similar to the environment of the vagina. More likely probability are the following possibilities: I would be more concerned with irritation due to deficit of lubrication, a STD and genitals being mucky.
You can talk near your doc, but again I doubt this would be the case.
Maybe sex is cause adhesions and the sperm is cause the burning when it makes contact near the now sensitive nouns?? I honestly don't know but I don't believe anyone is allergic to semen.
It is possible you are allergic. It is rare but some women are allergic to the proteins surrounded by their partners semen. It is repeatedly misdiagnosed as an infection. The first step would be to talk to your doctor and rule anything else out.
