Crazy mood swings...?

I'm 16 and I understand that teens (especially girls) enjoy mood swings. It just seem that ever since school get out, I have be super moody almost to the point where I thought I have some form of depression. I am always tired and I can't digit out why. I get sleep and stuff. I give the impression of being to get greatly of energy around 10 at darkness and then it throws me bad.
Then, I never seem to come out of the depressed moods. I never receive truly happy anymore. I lately become glad, then I stir back downhill.

Do you hold any suggestions that would help me regulate my moods?
