Regular sex keep the vaginal walls thick and strong and well much the same mode brushing your teeth keeps your gums natural. This has happeded to me a few times contained by a simular time scale..it is becuase we are unfamiliar to relaxing down there,i lately assumed i could go stern into it..but infact not so.You need to obtain some nice gel and spend more time fourplay..a gentle atte ntive lover is adjectives that is needed..you on top is a upright posotion because you have more control over penatration.Do not permit it put you off..i have a little discomfort down there months ago after not haivng sex for some time..slow down i said to myself!!
