we were dance (pop,lock,and drop it) and she fell now she say she is very sore 'down there' but it be no bleeding so what could she possibly have done?
Answer:
probably a muscle strain, if it persist i suggest to go see a doctor
Be guarded next time she's dropping it. lol. But seriously she probably overstretch a lil, but she will be ok, zilch to worry nearly.
