I'm surprised you haven't encountered this before, it's quite common during & before your period. Shouldn't be anything to worry about but don't forget to do your monthly breast exam once your period ends. Take care of them, they'll take care of you.

Some women experience that cause they swell during your period...It should go away when your period does...
I don't think it's anything to worry about. Mine used to not get sore during my period, but they do now. So it's normal.
maybe your pregnant...did you have sex before this started happening?
that's weird, i've never heard of that before. is it only when you have your period that your nipples are sore, or it happens all the time. try putting some ice pad on your nipple.
I've had my period for 8 years and I'm 19 and I always get soar nipples and boobs. It's natural for it to happen. Maybe your boobs are growing too!
You sound a lot like me, my hubby will rub them but when it is that time, it sometimes hurts me...I tell him I am sensitive and he lays off. It is very normal, believe me. Especially after child birth, but not necessarily..
It sounds normal, you sound fine, just try not to agitate them because I know the pain, they do hurt. :-(
Just let your partner or husband know about it, hopefully he is as sensitive as you are.
When your on your period your breast become more flaccid and more tender so if you do extra activity with your boobs they will become sore, but it is no big deal. After a time your luscious milk jugs will be back in tip top shape, how do I know this? I am a doctor.
