get a unmarked bra. the nipple part is restrained to much.
Get brand new bras because they may be too small or loosen your bra up
Ask your mom for help and go and get bigger bras.

I'm a 23 year outdated female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and in actuality got her to lower her innovative asking price, so that was great!
