Since the doctor said you are not pregnant, I think you can stop worrying. Besides, at a few days or a short time ago a couple of weeks you're belly wouldn't be getting any bigger. That doesn't happen for months.
Take a hours of daylight off to a moment ago relax. The stress of worrying about this might be making you physically in poor health.
there's no such thing as a false positive...although near COULD be a false negative!
run to another doctor and check again..

embezzle another one at the doctors, and tell them WHY you're taking another. notify them about the symptoms and that you simply want to be sure. then if that's not whats wrong, they'll come up next to another likely motivation.
go to planned parenting and help yourself to another test. or your local form department.
If the test at the doctor be a Urine test, shift back and ask for a Blood theory test. That should clear things up for you.
I would just keep on a few days and not spend any more money on over the counter pregnancy test.but if I did not surface better in a week, I would jump back to the doctor and ask for a blood trial for pregnancy..that is the one sure channel to know..
Sometimes, the body tends to counter to what the mind thinks or requirements.as for the positive/negative test, I do not know.but for the nausea and other symptoms...could be due to wanting to be pregnant or worrying just about it...this has happen to me once...I was so worried, I have morning sickness for almost 2 weeks...not a fun thing.LOL
