...welll i have have 3 so far and i felt abseloutely zilch whatsoever.its like nought is happenging..other friends complain of cramps and stuff and when me and my cousin didnt get any cramps we thougth it be just cuz we only started..then we found sum info out and it said that when u start u draw from cramps from the start ..then we found out tht the plea pple get cramps on their u know what is because they devour sweets rigt b4 it happens...stuff approaching syrup and chocolates and soda and stuff and that gives them horrible cramps...later we found out that if u drink lots of water b4 u wont even be aware of it.now adjectives this stuff is true and we also found out that sum people step through life minus ever getting a cramp from their u know what...i was on the track troop and pple on our team complain of getting cramps from running and stuff and i own never even had one of those.so i wanna know if my cousin and i are one of those lucky ppl who arent going to touch anything...
