there is a SLIGHT casual you could be pregnant. some people hold bleeding even while pregnant but it would probably be lighter than your normal spell. your period could hold just be late for other reason (stress, too much exercise, poor nutrition). remember that the "pregnancy symptoms" you mention are often matching as many "PMS" symptoms (fatigue, breast pain, etc). I'm sure you're not pregnant but if you're worried about it of late buy a pregnancy test at the drug store.
