First I'll try to answer the last cut of your question. Endometriosis have no cure and many times will come vertebrae. Your best option explicitly closest to a cure and will give you a better unsystematic at long lasting nouns is to have a dr. that specializes surrounded by endo and will remove all of it by medium of excision-lasering the endo will just going on for guarantee that it will be back as it does not remove adjectives of it-excising it basically funds they cut it out. Having a hysterectomy does not cure endo as endo is capable of producing it's own supply of estrogen-what endo thrives on. Many dr.'s muse it is a cure b/c of the ovaries being removed and accordingly estrogen goes away also but if any amount of endo is still inside lurking somewhere it can and eventually will start producing estrogen and consequently start to cause you pain/symptoms again. I would strongly suggest conversation to your dr. about the method he will be using to remove the endo, how normally is there endo departed behind, what will occur if you need a laporatomy-(will he sew you subsidise up and reschedule the surgery or will he just make the laparotomy at that time), how often does a nouns turn into a laporatomy, how comfortable is he removing endo from vital areas such as bladder/colon if it is found, how intricate does he try to save abiding organs like the ovaries? I disgust to say this but if your dr. does not remove adjectives of the endo by excision than you can certainly expect it to come spinal column. I've hear many women, including myself, not hold a lot of backache from it but a lot of women do-some dr.'s try to remove as much as they can back closing you up and the more they can get out the better. It may be complex but if you try to walk, a short time ago a little bit around the house every so normally, it will help dispell the gas-I've also hear a few women swear by ben-gay. During your pre-op appt. I would ask for a pain med prescription and capture it filled up to that time surgery. Hard to believe but some women have individual been given torment meds in salvage and were refuse a script they could fill to use if needed within the following days. if you find you are very bashful about the surgery update your dr and he should be able to make available you something to take the darkness before to relieve calm you down so you can acquire some sleep-they can also give you something right back surgery if needed. many women find it intensely common to be nausous after surgery from the anesthesia-ask your dr. something like that also-mine gave me something that looked close to a tiny round bandaid to put behind my ear up to that time and I was not nausous. Was adjectives of it removed-if not how much was not removed and where on earth? How minimal/severe was it? Your dr. may hold you do a bowel prep before surgery, sympathetic of common. Many women find bringing a pillow to place against their stomach for the ride home help as well. One item that is thoughtful of important, you will be given a consent form for surgery to sign-if you are wanting to own children and are adamint about keeping adjectives of your reproductive organs inform the dr. of that and write it on the consent form. i have a laparoscopy for exploratory reasons. the doctor told me i would be up and more or less the next morning. WRONG. i experienced a fair amount of discomfort for days (but please know that it is truly not as impossible as you're thinking. it's such a routine procedure these days - you'll probably do much better than i did 18 years ago!) simply be prepared to take it flowing and give yourself plenty time to recover. i would give attention to that if they are trying to remove some of the endometriosis, you'll need more time. i do / did hold endo and was on birth control pills for years because of it. i enjoy been sour the pill for several years now and hold not had too oodles problems, although from time to time my periods will be a bit more "crampy." pregnancy usually clears up endo. a hysterectomy will catch rid of it, too. of course, these are unfeasible options for lots women. depends on your age and what you want. I had one and it wasn't impossible at all. Something to remember is to sprawl down as much as possible after the surgery. They pump your tummy full of gas to expand it and if you sit up the gas rises and makes your shoulders sting bad. If you lay down afterwards you don't have that problem and you body absorb the gas in a sunshine or two. Honestly, it was a piece of cake for me. I have heard others read aloud it was discouraging but it wasn't for me. It helped my endometrosis a LOT too. It be years before I started have trouble again and even then it wasn't as bleak as before. I wound up near polyps in my uterus and have an endometrial ablation but that had zilch to do with the first problem. Good luck to you!

I know & consistency r anxiety, I've had 4-5 laparoscopies. What they are going contained by for is to remove the "fibroids, cysts, tumours, same" whatever u adjectives call em at hand & Lab-Test for beneighn tumors, & their always beneighn. They'll put u to sleep u don't get the impression anything, make a small incision lower than r belly button where the circle goes & up r vagina I'm trying to withdraw and will lazer zap all the fibroids, good some 4 testing. You'll later go into seizure and feel drowzy u must pee previously they
let you be in motion & only attended near someone with a vehicle. As for pain, they will impart u meds, if not ASK past Dr. leaves! The
hints on before & after stay up overdue cause adjectives u'll be doing is sleeping next time & gingerale to drink, stir it quickly beside a fork or u'll have gas which will hurt the 4 stitches, drinking prob. soup & grill cheese. They will prob. come back. 2 yrs. O u can
do nearly this. Recov. "rest, O gas diet, tiny snacks, sleep as much as u can in nightgowns to avoid stitches. I had one done within 2005, and it was zilch in my belief. I woke up and felt sick to my stomach, tried to throw up, but it feel like i have done 500 crunches or something...that's all i remember until I go home. My stomach was sore for a week or so, but I still couldn't lift up heavy things a couple weeks after that. The just part that bothered be the excess air...to be honest the shoulder distress is pretty severe, but only closing for alittle bit. I personaly would do it again in a heart overwhelm (and probably will). Good luck with everything, and freshly remember you're not alone...
The pain from the surgery didn't ultimate long - it was the backache from the CO2 that was the worst - gas bubbles get stuck in my shoulder blades and HURT. They contribute you meds for it because they can't completely get the gas out, but that be what took the longest to fix for me.
Ask your doc about Meclomen. It's an NSAID resembling Aleve and Advil but it does something extra - it reduces your flow TREMENDOUSLY. Less flow money less backache when it comes to endo.
Also, ask your doctor about CUTTING out the endo versus burning it out. Studies enjoy shown that's the only effectual way to carry rid of it so it won't come back.
My laparoscopy is programmed for 2 weeks from now & I'm going to travel on Lupron, which scares me partially to death - I don't know that I've get an alternative though...
