I'm 23 and just feeling so tired lately.?

What is happening to me and why? I don't want to go to the gym, I want to take naps... Is there a supplement that is natural that I can take for more energy or anything? Nothing has really changed with my diet but I have been a bit more stressed.. please help!

i think you should buy energy bars. or maybe uncle toby. its really nice to eat. & it also gives you energy.! and why not try eating good breakfast in the morning & have a good rest. im sure everything will be just fine. i also think that you're really tired & cannot catch up with your sleep. so, i think you need good food and a good sleep (: takecare yea ?
