You need a regular exercise plan that take you through each and every month. Not natural fix solution if you want to use exercise as a method of pain nouns.

They be going to a consistent exercise plan..meaning you exercise at least possible 3-4 times weekly.every week.
exercise is never a bad entity, but if you go for a brisk meander whilst your experiencing the pain after that is supposed to lessen it.

Gentle exercise resembling walking for 10 mins when you have it but exercising up to that time shows benefits as the cramps arent as bad :)
Never exercise while you are have a period headache! You will die of the pain! Exercise regularly but self-possessed down with the exercise only just for the 3 days leading up to your time. Once you are over the worst, you can start exercising again. I don't really thing that exercising regularly help with time pains but it certainly keep you fit and your heart healthy. Consider more successful ways of getting rid of period pains such as the pill, or if you call for it (like I did) surgery and/or some treatment. Good luck!
