My length started this afternoon and I'm going on holiday to the sand tomorrow.?

How can I decrease the bloating and cramps? I've be wearing tampons for over five years now and I adopt that my period will run its course regardless of where on earth I am but this is a once in lifetime island experience! How can I breed the trip there more comfortable (it's a five hour plane ride)?

If you are a cumbersome flower, wear and tampon and a pad on the plane ride.

I agree next to the person above almost the Pamparin for craps and bloating. Also take something fatty duty like Aleve along next to you so that if you have a really doomed to failure case of craps you can knock them down early.

Take the pain meds B/4 you start cramping. Take them as the directions instruct (every four hours, every bla, bla, bla) whether you requirement them or not.

Pack a beach pouch that includes a couple tampons (OB no applicator are great b/c they are small and you don't have anything to dispose of and adjectives you have to do is dry-clean your hands afterwards), aching meds and some individually wrapped personal wipes.

Take pamprin, Motrin etc. No cramps and you will be fine.
I don't guess I would worry around the trip as much as I would worry in the region of the sharks that will pick up the scent of blood and will greedily seek you out for a correct bite.
Take pain relievers for the cramps. Drink abundantly of water, starting right in a minute, which--contrary to what you might think--will relieve the bloating. Do not drink soda of any kind, exceedingly much coffee, or alcohol on the plane. If you can, get up and totter around on the plane, to relieve pressure. Eat lean meat and fish, combined with fruit and vegetables, and avoid sugar and salted foods.
Advil, Motrin, warm marine bottle. Ask your gyno too.
