I can't. They will grow when they are organized and will be a size predetermined by your DNA/genetics. Women don't stop growing until they are in their hasty twenties. (Of course, there is other surgery, but I think i.e. a very drastic road to get them.)
Well, there's not much aside from surgery. You can do push ups to build the muscle underneath the breasts. You can also gain a little consignment or get on birth control pills. That's almost it.

Well I could tell you how to appear to own breasts for the time being. There's no opening I'm telling you to steal pills or put on same cream some quack is selling on TV. There are bras that can help you. They own what is very similar to silicone wipe dings stitched into the material.. They'll offer you a bust line...thy worked miracles on a friend of mine. I group you're still very young at heart. Wear something with a frilly front. that make the chest appear bigger. You're lucky you know. alot of woman have to avoid those similar to the plague.
