How long do you wear pantyliners?

You know I wear a pantyliner everyday. I wear one from morning til darkness. When I am on my period, I do the wipe thing. But it is not unusual to wear a pantyliner everyday especially when it is cold and if I sweat it up during the morning, I may change it.
ummm...It's concerned of a "nobraineruseyourownjudgement" type of thing. If it feel like it wishes changed, change it. If it's going to be awhile previously you can change it, I'm pretty sure it won't do any wound. I mean, you don't really make over your underwear every couple of hours, do you?
i think you should individual wear it for an hour or two. then transfer it after another one to two hours have gone by. yeah, its kinda impossible cause the germs that is found contained by the vagina area, except, it can cause rash, bumps, ect. that's all i know, i hope i help in some process.
I normally use approximately 4 surrounded by a day. It's not on form to leave them lacking changing for too long because logically they get . um, gross. As for whether or not it is in good health to use pantyliners, well, unless you are feeling like to change your underwear several times a morning, you are not going to feel dry and verbs are you?
