PMS, Cramps!!?!?!?!?

I'm 20 years old and I've be getting my period since I be 9. My cramps seem to grasp worse and worse (People say they should be getting better).

I see a gynecologist at smallest once a year ... usually two or three times (just for checkups and such...).
To help regulate my period and decrease the effects of PMS, I own been put on birth control.

While the pill have helped considerably beside the cramps and back pains..i'm still contained by a LOT of pain.

I know that certian foods come across to make them worse (acidy foods it seems).. what foods should I be avoiding?

I lately found out that exercise, espically the week before the term, can help beside the pain..

what other things can I do to prepare my body, and possibly enjoy less hurting PMS?

eat bananas .seriously,the potassium help reduce cramps... exercise is dutiful...it really does help...avoid caffiene aromatic foods and stuff like that...aka No cast-offs food!lol. get some of those therma assistance patches or the equivalent... run midol...or pamprin...drink hot chamomile tea or hot mint tea...
what have u tried. warmness, etc.
My best friend's mom has sickening cramps and she actually requested a low-dose agony killer from her gynecologist. She said it help quite a bit, but if you prefer not to seriously medicate, try taking Midol. It have caffiene so it works fast and removes some torment. Drink a lot of hose too and avoid salts. That can promote bloating which is raw and already a problem during periods. You might also try those Thermacare wraps that be in motion around your midsection. They warm up express, last long and work great! Good luck!

It's probably endometriosis, check out www.endometriosis.org for some more information on symptoms. Ask your doctor nearly Meclomen, it's an NSAID like Advil or Aleve but it works contained by an extra way - it reduce your flow, and less flow money less niggle when it comes to endo.
All of those other suggestions may have a minimal impact if it's truly endo, but not adequate of an impact to make it worth the hassle.
I've have endo for 10 years, was properly diagnosed through laparoscopy 6 years ago. Going for my second surgery next week. Good luck, check out the website. If it is endo, you've get to do whatever you can to preserve your fertility.
Something explicitly good for cramps are Tums... any flavor. By the means of access if you take tums on a regular argument you will not have any cramps. So, necessarily foods that are high within calcium will help newly the same. Milk also.
