I freshly get my interval!?

I just get my period yesterday and I enjoy a few questions... any suggestion or answer would be really helpful and appreciated! Thanks contained by advance:

*What kind of foods should I eat/avoid?
*What are some common symptons and treatments (looking for inbred foods to cure symtons, but medicine is okay)
*Other info ~ any guidance you may have?

haha it's not that bad really, you'll grasp used to it in no time!

diet...i don't regard there is a specific diet or foods you should avoid. purely drink lots of water. copious women crave either sweets or saline foods so that may be the only difference contained by your diet.

symptoms...cramping, back cramp, tender breasts, headaches and irratibility are the basic ones. cramping will more than likely be your biggest symptom and i help yourself to ibprofen for that. it helps seriously. plus it helps near any back cramp or headaches i enjoy at the same time. a heat pad is wonderful when you go and get your period. use it on your lower stomach or lower hindmost and it feels great.

other stuff...don't stress and don't listen to any impossible things people right to be heard. it's not that bad and it's newly something you learn to business with! similar to someone above me said, it's key to track your days. you can expect your subsequent cycle to be aournd 28 days after your last time. you'll learn how long your cycles are and how various days apart they are. don't worry if your numbers aren't consistent for the first year. it's conventional to be irregular at first.

bananas are good for cramps..hot mint or hot chamomile tea. obtain some therma-care patches or an equivalent.reading light exercise like jog or do some yoga.
Its best to drink alot of glasses of dampen (as much as you can) a day beforehand you start (5 days or at least 3 days before) your extent. You usually can tell you are roughly to have your term when your lower back feel cramped or sore. This helps the flow & cramps not be as doomed to failure for you if you didnt drink that much.Your periods are going to be irregular & not really knowing exaclty you are going to draw from it. Keep track of your period by have one of those check-book sized calendars.

when you enjoy to see a doctor for something he/she is going to ask you about your term & its helpfull for them to know how & when.
Midol works for pain & bloating. If you are not alergic to ibuprophen or acetaminophen. For first timers pocket 1 ibuprophen & 1 tylenol or store brand tylenol (acetaminophen) To ease the cramp or make it move about completely away. Yes, these are taken at the same time & near a full glass of marine.

You can still chomp through whatever you want. Just try to put away less flavoursome foods, I've heard that cause bloating. Also, don't over eat. I've hear that chocolate is good (but consequently again, when is chocolate not good? ).
