well i dont hold a daughter i have 2 boys but im feminine and im having a guess that she may enjoy put something in within and its gotten infected ..little children often stick lego and toys..peas or things contained by their ears ..noses and other parts..newly because they are exploring thier bodies and its completely normal..my son have lego up his nose and almost necessitate surgery..then my elder so who was 3 or 4 put article in his ears ..hope this help..and she better get to the docs express to check what it is..as infections of any kinds craft you very not a hundred percent...
