From what you speak, I`d bet that it`s over training coupled with the diet that`s the problem. You own to remember that to workout, your body needs fuel, i.e, FOOD!.. Carbs are the fuel that your body burns for perkiness and a low carb diet is depriving your body of the fuel that it needs. You wouldn`t pour hose down into your car fuel reservoir and expect it to go, would you ?. Stop the diet and a moment ago continue to train. In a few weeks you should see a big overhaul in yourself.

pilfer a break from the diet for a while it could be stress as your preoccupied with losing solidity my advice is cut out second-hand goods food grill food instead of frying it drink plenty of water dont see it as a diet see it as thriving eating when you start your diet again do it slowly and near somebody else then you are not on your own
low carb diets arent for everybody
