nuva-ring works great, ive been on it for over a year very soon and i havent gained but I don`t know 5lbs. its also real confident you put in for three weeks and clutch it out for a week, and that week its out you get your length and than you put it back surrounded by on the 5th day of your extent
The shot does not make you solid, there are some ethnic group who experience weight gain and near are those who either lose freight or see no difference. You are suppose to exercise daily anyways and so if you get hold of the shot and you do gain weight, you should be working it past its sell-by date anyways. Just about every form of BC have a weight side effect. I am on the shot and havent gain weight from it. I also exercise day after day and eat robust. The shot is one of the best out there, its really convenient and 99.7% important. I would much rather be on the shot than any other form of BC.
