There is no "medical" reason not to wear the pad bra. I understand your Mom's estimation of them being "bad". She probably wishes you to be happy near yourself just as you are instead of pretending to be something you aren't. Believe me big boobs are not adjectives the glam and glitz they get. And if that 38B is your pure size it isn't like you own peanuts anyway.

There is nothing wrong near padded bras bar they make you boobs look nicer. Your mom is probibly against them because they will attract the boys more. :) dont verbs your boobs can grow untill you 21. So theres hope for all of us :)

Padded bras don't do any impair they feel better any means of access. My mom bought me some when I was 11 i'm 12 immediately and i'm a 34 A so I guess I got Lucky but my nipples showed throught my shirt near sports bras.

if bras kept boobs from growing not a soul would ever wear them. i think perchance your mother only devise of them as bad because she might judge of you as a little infantile to want to enhance the look of your breasts.
No way does a pad bra stop your breast growing. When I was your age I would hold been tickled pink to be the size you are. Alot of women wear pad bras to push their boobs up and help hold on to them from sagging. Wear what you are comfortable with but stay away from underwires.
