I can't insert a tampon!?

First read the box, how you put it in, which way it goes, and how far in. Your vagina is the hole in the middle, behind the flap your urine comes out. If you're still not realy confident, stick with pads. And practice when you don't have your period. Putting a tampon in wrong can do alot of damage later.
It is the middle hole. There is a direction packet in the tampon box, dont be ashamed to read it.
There are clear cut instructions on the box. If your embarassed to ask family, dial a nurse for step by step instructions.

Honestly, my mom was the one who showed me how to do it...
My advice to you : do it while you are seated on the toilet bowl. The body in that position is better for you to try to insert it.
There's only one place to put it. And it is not where the pee come from but the other place. :)

In the box there is directions. It is the hole (your vagina)that is closest to your belly button.
You don't mention your age but you really need to get help from your Mom or other trusted adult female. Also, if you are a virgin it's more difficult because of your hymen. Please don't try this without adult help. Also, there have been people become very ill due to Toxic Shock Syndrome which is related to using tampons.
Use a sanitary napkin instead of a tampon, their uncomfortable if your a virgin anyway and there is always the risk of infection, read the back of the tampon box. If you really wanna use it anyway run the tampon against your genital begining at the front pressing slightly, you'll notice there is a small space between the anus and the clit where it is deeper...that is where you put it in. Read the box for further instructions.
I've tried.but cant...but i find the best way to know which hole is put a mirror between your legs and then you'll see what hole.
