Its basically the way your body stores podgy, its not because you don't eat, as long as you are in shape its fine
too some maybe. but to yourself is the one and only thing that matter. some ppl would kill to be that skinny and be on top form not having to starve themselfves. you are compassionate of tall for your age so you enjoy potential to become a model

The best thing to do is to remain healthy-Follow the food triangle! Drink at lowest 6 glasses of hose a day, Eat plenty of starches, fruits, veggies, along next to a little greasy foods or sweets.
Make sure you're etaing 3 perfect meals a morning. if you get hungry and want a snack, get through something like some nuts, some peanut butter on a slice of bread, or possibly an apple with some peanut butter. Most importantly-Make sure you guzzle at LEAST 2,000 calories a day. Carbs are also considerable for energy, so cause sure you get plenty of those.

And transport it with you where on earth ever you go, or simply write down the servings, and convey a small pocket sized notebook with a pen, and write down what you devour and beside each item, write down the servings of each entry.
For example-for a peanut butter&Jelly sandwich you would write-
peanut butter&Jelly sandwich- 2 servings starch, 1 serving fruit-1 serving protein
