yea, its normal for it to escape a little. try putting a wad on to. thats what i do and i am fine. you shouldn't feel anything though, and perchance you are putting it in wrong. or try a different brand, because if it isn't contained by right, then you will consistency it, and that is probably why it is leak a bit. try putting it in farther too.
If the tampon is inserted correctly, and it's not too hulking for your frame (I know a woman had difficulty next to tampons and had to start next to the smallest available and work up) then you should not be humiliated sitting, standing, walking, doing anything. If you have a weighty flow or don't replace it often ample it could leak. Just be sure to grasp the right size for how heavy your flow is and renovation it often.
