If you want to loose weight and you going the puberty i wouldn't suggest it.
the safest channel is to eat right and cut out the unwanted calories. Try counting the calories you put away every day, and try to craft some changes (just don't travel over the top). Set a goal that isn't to much or to little. Try to loos 15 pounds over three months. 5 pounds for respectively.** but if you don't need to loos 15 pounds freshly set for a goal to be exact smaller. You want set yourself for you comfortable weight :)

A proper diet and exercise is the past the worst way!
avoid second-hand goods food and be active surrounded by sports, dance, anything makes you move profusely.
for breakfast each afternoon have a cup of green tea and 2 eggs.
eggs preserve you "fuller" for a longer amount of time and green tea increases your metabolism (not to mention it's healthy).
*try to stay away from junk food, but a cup of rime cream every night should be fine ;)

When I was younger (teenager) I found that adjectives out desserts (basically any eating after 7 pm) made a huge difference. Just do small change and stick with them, don't turn overboard.
