this is normal beforehand your period, u procure alittle depressedand u probebly feel lonely, its better to keep watch on what u eat until that time ur period start , avoid flavoursome and oily food as much as possible, and also drink hot mint can facilitate reduce the depressionand the anguish, and this is totally normal,. so in recent times dont worry

I don't judge so.it's hormones. Your progesterone level climbs dignified the week before your spell.thats what causes the PMS symptoms. Try taking the low dose birth control pill if you can...it help regulate it for me.
No, I am an OBGYN and food had nought to do with soporific you hormones. Your get cravings for it but when you munch through it, it does NOT supress your emotions. That is a rumor and is not true.
Poor consumption habits may be affecting your mood somewhat but it is most promising due to the hormonal changes you experience while your menstruating.
That depends on what your consumption. If you're eating sick food .. it doesn't matter what time of the month is, you'll quality like the food you drink ... unhealthy.
If you are consumption properly, it may be that you suffer from PMS ... which would explain your mood. If you don't have an OB/GYN as even so, I'd advise you to wish one ... as they may be able to alleviate some of your symptoms. Wishin' you all right ... :)
