if at hand is pain whilst inserting a tampon, it may not be a short time ago because you are tight, there can be other factor, even infections... see your doctor now
try some lubricant. and you hold to stay calm. if you can grasp a tampon in after your ok. Just work with yourself.
I would agree that you see a doctor. It may be that you are not capably lubricated or you maybe want to be widened slightly.
Ok, in attendance are several things you can do, before you insert a tampon, or enjoy sex (or anything to do with that area), you should relax, purloin a deep breath and relax your vaginal muscles. If they are tightened when you shift to insert, it will be painful. In regard to sex and fingering etc, use lube.
I have endometriosis which is desperate at the moment, so my ovaries are glued to the walls of my bowel and other abdominal organs, so when I enjoy sex, its painful... but I relax, and I communicate next to my partner and we just embezzle things slowly...sex isnt a sprint, its a marathon!

There are alot of over the counter jellies, creams, etc. for this problem. You can also discuss this near your physican if you have already tried these, nearby is a surgical prodcure for this problem.
Are you a tense party usually? Sometimes it's this tension and not anyone able to fully relax that make you so tight. Try self-exploration, caressing yourself and stuff xD and helping your lil friend relax cos resourcefully that's what they're supposed to do... relax and tighten/expand on demand... or something close to it.
you're going to need to be ease into it to work those muscles out.
make sure when you do enjoy sex, you are relaxed, and turned on, so it's a well lubricated easier fit!

in that are just too heaps answers, better and more lube. there's got to be thousands of positions, try some more of them. forget penises, you and your partner can try playing next to objects, tongues, and fingers.

I am a masculine with a condition which channel that penetrative sex is impossible (it's not contagious) , although i always enjoy giving oral to a female more than permeation anyway. I am finding it very difficult to find a feminine who is open to a relationship short penetrative sex.
